All listings must be for legitimate construction-related goods, services, jobs or projects. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without notice.

4. Payments

Paid listings and featured upgrades are non-refundable once the listing has been published. All payments are processed securely through Square or PayPal.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConstructionClassifieds.com is not responsible for transactions between users. We are a platform connecting buyers and sellers and do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
